I feel as though I have neglected my beautiful followers who deserve a much needed update. My life is radiant and dazzling right now, compared to 12 weeks ago before I was admitted to the Hospital for the second time. This time recovery has really stuck to me and for now (and hopefully always) the train is moving towards Recovery; that is the plan and the goal and the focus of my life currently....

There is this incredibly enlightening exercise that we did in group today which I wanted to share with everyone.
It goes like this:
a) get 10 colored index cards out
b) on the 10 colored index cards write behaviors which you would like to change (ie self harm, restricting, self-hate … ect) You don’t need to have 10 but you must have at least 1
c) get 10 white index cards out
